BHC was appointed to carry out this new build development following a two stage tender process. This challenging project involved the construction of a
double basement for leisure use, a ground floor retail unit and 22 high quality apartments above.

The building is formed of a contiguous piled double basement, with an in-situ reinforced concrete construction up to and including the ground floor slab.
The superstructure is a structural steel frame with composite metal / concrete slabs. The façade is a mixture of feature brickwork, aluminium and composite
windows, rain screens and feature stone bands.

The apartments have been fully fitted out to a high level and incorporate the latest in kitchen and bathroom design. There is a large communal garden at
first floor level and car park at ground floor level.
