This fast-track 26 week project was the alteration and structural remodelling of two buildings to form the prestigious Condé Nast College of Fashion and Design, all on top of a functioning night club.

External works included the construction of a new brick and glass frontage, installation of new timber sash windows to the retained front façade and the
addition of a garden terrace to the rear of the building.

The internal works incorporated the structural remodelling of the upper floors, the complete renewal of all mechanical and electrical services, including
air-conditioning and heating, along with the installation of a new lift serving all five floors.

The internal finishes were designed to allow flexibility and functionality throughout the building and included new resin coated floors, special acoustic
ceilings and the integration of movable acoustic partition screens.
