BREEAM Excellent Rating

This six-storey construction provides two linked buildings for mixed use, located at 22-25 Kingly Street and 14-18 Foubert’s Place in Soho. The building, uniquely positioned just off the iconic Carnaby Street, consists of retail shell at basement and ground level, commercial space on the first and third levels on Kingly Street, and fashionably chic residential apartments complete with terraces and balconies on the second and fourth levels on Foubert’s Place.

Our works included construction of the superstructure following previously completed enabling works for the demolition, underpinning and formation of basement
raft slab. A section of the façade has been retained on the Foubert’s Place elevation. The structure is formed from steel with metal deck, in-situ
concrete floors and a high performance flat roof. Traditional external facing brickwork is embedded with glazed lava bricks and cladding panels. Metal
rainscreen cladding, aluminium windows, curtain walling and acoustic plant screens also feature in the new building.

Full mechanical and electrical installations were undertaken, including passenger and goods lifts, with plant areas located in both the basement and at
roof level. The twelve apartments were fully fitted out to a high standard, in-keeping with the prestigious Carnaby Street area.
