This prestigious new build office development was secured through a single stage tender process. We were subsequently appointed as the principal contractor on the project, after completion of the demolition/enabling works package by others.

The new building comprises a reinforced concrete core with main structural steel frame and composite floor slabs.

Externally, the nine-storey building is clad in traditional brickwork and Portland stone to achieve a contemporary appearance, in the heart of the renowned Mayfair area of central London.

Internally, the project is fully fitted out and serviced to Cat A office standard incorporating bespoke finishes to the landlord’s areas, including reception, toilets, and basement commuter facilities.

The project is located on a busy corner of Curzon Street and was logistically challenging due to the proximity of local businesses, other developments and the high density of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. We completed lengthy negotiations with both the Client’s team and the local authority to ensure these major redevelopment works were undertaken sympathetically to the very busy local area and the diverse local stakeholders.
