BHC successfully negotiated the hotel fit-out contract with our client Galliard, for a new Staycity Hotel, having already completed the shell and core contract at this prominent building on the Strand. This new contract required us to continue to work around the two trading restaurants in the building, and with Westminster Council, on this logistically challenging project in the centre of London’s busy West End.

This 106 room hotel includes the latest M&E services and incorporates a unique joinery curiosity box in each room, which contains the bathroom, kitchenette,
workstation and storage area. Our heavy involvement in the development of the finished product included the manufacture of prototypes and progression
of the design to ensure the flagship hotel is fully functional. The works also comprised the full fit-out of the common areas and reception.
