This project, the second we have negotiated at Watchmoor Park, comprises the CAT A refurbishment of Building A. The demanding 16 week programme included a standing start with the architectural and services design elements, with limited existing information at commencement.
The scope of works includes the strip-out and refurbishment of 25,000ft² of office accommodation including new M&E services, and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of core areas including lift lobbies and WCs. The reception has been fully redeveloped from the original concept.
A significant volume of the CAT A works must be completed early to facilitate the integration of the ground floor tenants’ CAT B fit-out within the final phase.
