This negotiated project was secured based on BHC’s extensive experience of constructing high specification, luxury residences to a superior standard.
Works comprised the demolition of an existing two-storey house and outbuildings, followed by the construction of two 6,500ft² six-bedroomed luxury detached houses in the highly desirable area of Roehampton.
The houses have been traditionally constructed with feature stone detailing, pitched slate roofs and dormer windows, in-keeping with the surrounding properties. The latest photovoltaic systems have been installed on the flat roofs of the dormers, and the homes are heated via underfloor heating throughout.
Unique internal finishes include feature cornices and bespoke joinery, in addition to luxurious natural stone, engineered timber flooring, and porcelain tiling to the walls and floors.
Full landscaping design including remotely operated entrance gates complete the development.
