This logistically challenging project is our 6th development for Shaftesbury Carnaby. The project was secured through a traditional tender process, and we were subsequently appointed to carry out the works.

The building is to be transformed with substantial structural alterations at ground floor level and extensions to the upper levels. We are to create new street level retail space at ground floor level, with the office reception being relocated to the undercroft. The remainder of the building is to be fully fitted out to a high Cat A standard with bespoke and contemporary finishes to suit the local demand.

The development fronts fully on to the narrow Marshall Street in the very congested area of Soho, which has required us to undertake detailed negotiations with the local authority to allow us to plan and manage the development with limited impact upon the local traffic.
