This negotiated project was the Cat A fit-out of an existing 20,000ft² office building with a fast-track 25 week programme. The project had the added complexity of an incumbent tenant who was relocated to the second floor whilst the first floor was refurbished then back to first floor once the fit-out works had been sufficiently progressed.

The scope of works included stripping out the existing M&E services, suspended ceilings, toilet cores and reception curtain walling. A new VRV heating system, electrical installations and security systems were installed, along with reconfigured toilet cores and communal areas. The reception was completely remodelled, with the double height glazing panels in brick reveals upgraded with a complete structural glass solution.
