This project was a new build, mixed use, retail and commercial development following the initial demolition and enabling works carried out prior to award of this contract. The site is situated between retail and commercial properties, with shared party walls on each side.

The new build comprises steel frame superstructure from basement slab to fifth floor plant room, with flat sedum roof. The elevations include exterior brickwork, cladding and glazing. This mixed use development has retail units at basement, ground and first floors, with three upper floors of office accommodation and roof top plant space.
