Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4

Works comprised the construction of a mixed use building following demolition of the previous structure. The layout includes a ground floor retail unit,
three floors of office space and nine apartments above.

The structure was formed of post-tensioned reinforced concrete frame founded on reinforced pads designed to ensure that the London Underground tunnels
below remained undisturbed. The superstructure was clad in face brickwork, with floor to ceiling windows.

Internal finishes were to a high specification, whilst still taking into consideration the design brief of sustainability, with emphasis on the use of
energy saving fixtures, fittings and appliances.

The building successfully achieved the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, helped significantly by the contributions made by the site management team.
