This negotiated project was our third at Newbury Retail Park and comprised the extension of an existing retail unit, and the construction of a mezzanine floor with a new staircase and lift shaft, along with the neccessary service diversions and upgrades. Following the formation of the foundations for the extension, a new brickwork envelope was constructed which included a remodelled shop front.
The works were completed on time and handed over to allow the tenant, Matalan, to fit-out the unit.
