This project comprised the major re-modelling and refurbishment of an existing retail park in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
We worked on seven units, with works including the demolition and reconstruction of some units and the re-cladding and re-roofing of others, with tenants remaining in occupation and trading throughout. During the works the external car park and roads were subject to reconfiguration and general improvement.
