Enabling Works, Uxbridge

The works commenced following two months of discussion and negotiation with our Client. We were involved at an early stage to assist in developing the scope of works and programme necessary to ensure the site would be ready for the construction of a new shopping centre with all of the difficult and potential risk items of work completed. The scope of works included the diversion of all main services, demolition of a number of High Street properties, demolition of the main car park and associated offices and shops, construction of a new pedestrian access, refurbishment of listed High Street properties, de-contamination and site clearance.
