Finchley Road, London NW11

A specially designed sheet pile system was used to form a basement car park, upon which a concrete capping beam was installed and an in-situ ground floor transfer slab constructed. From this, a more traditional residential load bearing masonry solution was used with pre-cast concrete planks on lightweight blockwork and steel framed roof.

Traditional façades with brickwork features, sash windows, render and integrated reconstructed stone feature bands and panels were installed. The roof was pitched in traditional tiles, and supported on a lightweight steel frame from the second and third floor.

Internally, the apartments were finished to a high standard with underfloor heating and luxury bathrooms and kitchens.
