Brompton Road (Phase Two)

This prestigious development was negotiated with our Client who required a quick turnaround from the existing tenants moving out to the new retail unit becoming available. Works comprised the conversion of two floors of office space into six apartments. These apartments were fitted out to a very high specification incorporating specialist materials, such as frosted glass wall panels, to give a sleek, modern finish. In conjunction with these works, the external façade was overclad, the existing windows replaced and the main lift and stair core refurbished. Our works were carefully coordinated to maintain safe access routes and minimise disruption to the residents of the three upper floors who remained in occupation throughout the duration of the project.
