Works comprised the internal and external refurbishment of Pentland Tower, the client’s original HQ Building, together with converting their old restaurant back to office space. The internal fit-out works included new glazed partitioning, ceilings, carpeting, lighting, fully refurbished stairs, reconfiguration of toilet facilities and a new incoming power supply and changeover to a fully operational comms room. Externally, we carried out a complete overhaul of the external facades using sto render to produce a distinctive design. Over 50% of the contract scope was not defined at tender stage and had to be designed and costed during the construction works.
