This was the design and construction of a new build office development in Maidenhead. The contract was won in competitive tender and comprised of piled foundations, in-situ concrete frame with structural steel plant room and roof. Cladding was a mixture of curtain walling, rainscreen and render. The office was fully serviced and fitted out to CAT A standard with a high quality fit-out to the reception and toilet areas.
