Network House

This three-storey office building had been unoccupied for over two years and had suffered from significant damage by vandalism, both internally and to the external curtain walling. We stripped the building back to its shell and fitted out the floors to a CAT A standard. The 6,900m² of office accommodation was generally located on the ground and first floors with a small area of office, plant rooms and parking located in the lower ground level. We installed a new four-pipe fan coil system together with associated plant, new suspended ceilings, raised floors and electrical installations. The core areas and reception were also refurbished. The incoming tenant carried out the final reception fit-out.
