This project in Gillingham was secured by competitive tender and then a two month value-engineering exercise followed to enable the Client’s budget to be met. Works on site comprised a new build steel-framed timber-clad warehouse and production facility, along with a glulam frame / sips panel restaurant and office buildings, again clad in larchboard. The project was sympathetically designed to minimise the impact on the surrounding countryside and provide an environmentally friendly headquarters building for the Client.
