This project was the refurbishment of 220m² of office space within a fully occupied four-storey building in a busy location, close to Green Park tube station.

The works comprised the strip-out and refurbishment of the second floor to CAT B standard, including re-plastering the perimeter walls, sanding and polishing the existing parquet floor, the addition of new metal ceiling tiles and installation of a new air conditioning unit.
