The works comprised the external and internal refurbishment of a three-storey existing office development in the heart of Bristol. External works included the creation of a new main entrance and timber clad full height glazed screen and the refurbishment and re-spraying of all existing windows. Internally, the entire building was refurbished with new air conditioning, building services, lifts, re-modelled core and new internal finishes throughout.
