This project was the design and construction of nine new build commercial units. The development was constructed with ground bearing concrete slabs and structural masonry walls with pre-cast concrete floors and stairs constructed off piled foundations, and a traditional tiled truss roof. These CAT A units are situated over two floors, privately serviced, each with its own entrance. Externally, car parking and soft landscaping were provided.
