Bond Court, Leeds

Negotiations on this pure design and build contract commenced with Blenheim House Construction and our design team preparing proposals and costings for the Client’s approval. There then followed a detailed design and negotiation period prior to our start on site. The works comprised the external and internal refurbishment of Bond Court, a 13-storey existing office development in the heart of Leeds. Externally, the main entrance steps and canopy were re-modelled, new full height glazing was installed to the ground floor and two feature meeting rooms were created. Additionally, the existing high-level tiled bands were re-clad in new metal rainscreens. Internally, the entire building was refurbished with new air conditioning, building services, lifts, re-modelled core and new internal finishes throughout.
