This project involved the construction of a brick and curtain wall clad concrete frame, with structural steel roof, incorporating a three-storey reception with feature staircase. The offices were fully fitted out and serviced to CAT A standard. The project involved a large amount of external works including the formation of access roads, car parking and soft landscaping to create the centrepiece to the prestigious business park. The project was completed and handed over to the Client four weeks ahead of programme.
