Aviator Park, Addlestone

We were approached to look into the feasibility of returning the existing office building back to CAT A standard after it was vacated by the tenant.  We subsequently worked with the Client’s team to draw up proposals to return the building to a condition where the Client could market the office as a new build office standard.

Our works comprised the full refurbishment of the three storey office building.  The building was constructed just over 10 years ago and consists of a steel frame with a full height reception, toilets at each floor and two lifts, with the elevations being mostly high quality curtain walling.  The mechanical and electrical installations were replaced or refurbished including lifts, new metal plank suspended ceilings and raised access floors.  The toilet core and main reception were also fully upgraded to a high standard.
