Lincolns Inn Field, London

Works commenced with the strip out of the shell building. The roofs were recovered and the external brickwork elevations cleaned down. The ground floor entrance was enhanced with a new revolving door and motorised disabled entrance into a lobby of walnut panels and feature lighting. The eight-person lift was refurbished, and all toilets were reconfigured to provide a disabled and ambulant toilet on each floor. The basement and ground floors, originally planned for A3 shell and core retail space, were redesigned as office accommodation late on in the project, which meant a completely new service design was produced for the basement, whilst maintaining the original theme for the ground floor.
