This office refurbishment commenced with stripping out the existing core and toilet finishes. The replacement finishes consisted of structural glass balustrades, ceramic floor finishes to lobbies and stairs, elm veneer doors and panelling, back painted glass panelling and new mechanical and electrical services. The glazed lift atrium was also refurbished as part of our works.

This project was undertaken in phases whilst the building remained in occupation, which resulted in considerable out of hours and weekend working.
