21 Lime St, London EC3

21 Lime Street, London EC3, is a new build mixed use development for The City of London located adjacent to Leadenhall Market.

The site has been the subject of extensive investigations by the Museum of London resulting in the discovery of a 2,000 year old Roman fresco measuring 2.5 x 1.5 metres.

The new structure, totalling circa 4,000m2, will provide basement, ground and seven upper floors of office space fitted out to Cat A standard.

The structural steel framed building will be constructed on piled foundations with a natural stone façade, double glazed curtain walling and window units.
