50 St James’s, London

This project is the extensive refurbishment of a Grade II listed building located next to an extremely busy traffic junction in London’s St James’s.

The works include the removal of the entire roof and top floor of the existing building and replacement with a remodelled steel frame structure, clad with slate finishes.  The three upper floors will be structurally enhanced and converted to eleven luxurious suites, including a member’s area and roof terrace.  The features of the original majestic entrance, hallway, drawing rooms and grand staircase will be retained and sympathetically restored.

The ornate stone façade will also be cleaned down during the restoration works.

Due to its location, these works will be completed with restricted access at all times including very limited delivery periods.
